Boarding Staff
Care | Calm | Order
The boarding facilities at Wilson's Hospital School are divided into male and female houses. Each house is led by a team of Boarding and Duty Staff. The staff in questions are responsible for the day-to-day running and management of the boarding houses. While on duty, they ‘live in’ onsite in the boarding houses and are on-call to provide overnight care. In addition to the Boarding Staff, other Duty Staff work on alternate nights to provide extra assistance across both boarding houses, the Dining Hall, Chapel and Prep (Evening Study).
The boarding and duty team are supported by our nurses who provides support and advice to students on all health, well-being and medical matters. Dedicated medical facilities are available in Wilson's. For more serious issues, access to the local GP/Health Centre and Mullingar Regional Hospital can be arranged and expedited where necessary.
